Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible from Cincinnati, OH
Shipping charges are determined based on the total weight of each order placed. Orders will always ship through USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail Services. There are no additional handling or processing fees.
Once an order has been shipped, an email notification including tracking information will be sent to the email address used when you placed your order.
Please be aware once a package has been accepted by the carrier we have access to the same tracking information that you have access to. Please contact your local USPS post office or directly with any questions regarding shipment & delivery status.
Please note that Gaia's Radiant Gems is not responsible for missing packages once they have been scanned as delivered to the address that you provided at check out
